SOYOUWANNA MAKE A MIXED DRINK: VODKA MARTINI?

Ingredients:

• Vodka
• Extra Dry Vermouth
• Ice
• Olive or Lemon Rind

Directions:

1. Shake or stir 2 oz. Vodka and a dash of Extra Dry Vermouth with Ice.

2. Strain into a cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with Olive(s) or a Lemon Twist.

4. This recipe makes a very dry vodka martini (see the discussion of the Martini), so if you like it sweeter you should use more vermouth-up to about oz., depending upon your taste.
