Schools for Accounting in Florida

by DavidC
  • Between Florida's public university system and the many private universities across the state, there are many options for students looking to study accounting. All of these programs will prepare students to take the Florida Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam, required by many official accounting jobs. But getting an accounting bachelor's degree is not enough to take the CPA exam. Requirements to take the exam differ from state to state, but Florida requires at least 30 credit hours of advanced accounting courses beyond a standard bachelor's degree to take the CPA exam.
Florida has many schools for accounting.
