Windows Mobile 6.1 is a program you can download to your cell phone to surf the Web, check your email, and work online from your phone. If someone has emailed you pictures and you see them using Windows Mobile 6.1, you probably want to save those pictures onto your phone so you can use them at a later date. Step 1
Open the email on your browser and click on the photo so the photo is displayed in the window.

Use the ""Ok" or "go" pad on your phone, depending on the model, to highlight the picture.

Click on the "save" option that appears under the photo, on almost all cell phones.

Click "Ok" to save the photo into your phone. Some phones will give you a chance to caption the photo, and some phones will ask you if you'd like to save the photo on the phone or on your card. Choose the option that works best for you.
