A literature or English degree leaves you with several career options. With an English degree, you can become more than just a writer, you can teach high school English, become an editor, a journalist or even work with lawyers. Most people attend a four-year college to earn an English degree, but for others with jobs or families, that avenue is not always an option. You have several options if you want to earn a literature degree online.

Online degrees allow you to work from anywhere.
