Grown in eastern North America, this flowering plant works as a natural estrogen. Black Cohosh helps relieve hot flashes and night sweats.

Vitamin B Complex
In addition to improving circulation and cellular function, Vitamin B Complex may help relieve anxiety and depression.

Dong Quai
This natural remedy is useful with hot flashes---like black cohosh, dong quai helps increase levels of estrogen. This, in turn, is beneficial in reducing other menopausal symptoms.

Lecithin is available in granules or capsules---another aid to help reduce hot flashes. The granules can be added to juice or cereal.
