How to Find a Movie Website

In this day and age, new movies have their own websites to provide information to potential fans and industry professionals. These sites contain news, pictures, video clips and many other types of information about the movie. To find the website to a particular movie, going to the Internet Movie Database can prove to the best best start to your search.

Step 1

Go to the Internet Movie Database, also known as IMDb. A link can be found in the References or Resources section.
Step 2

In the search drop-down box, select "Titles" and the type the name of the movie in the search text box. Then click "Go."
Step 3

If you're not taken directly to the movie's page, click the title of the movie from the list provided that matches the movie you want.
Step 4

Scroll down and look for "official sites" under the "Top Links" or "External Links" headers on the left side of the page. Click "official sites."
Step 5

Select the official site you want from the list of sites provided.
