To open a website that you wish to add checkboxes in fields into, you will need to left-click on the “File” tab on the command bar. Scroll to “Open Site” and left-click; browse to the desired file and click “Open.”Open the page that you wish to add checkboxes in fields into. To open the desired page, scroll to the “File” tab on the command bar and select “Open Page.” Browse to the desired page and click “Open.”Add checkboxes to fields. You will need a form with fields to do this. You can easily add a custom form by scrolling to the “Insert” tab on the command bar and selecting “Forms and Forms Elements.” Then left-click on “Contact Form” and edit the form as desired. To add checkboxes to the fields, scroll to the “Insert” tab on the command bar and select “Forms and Forms Elements.” Select “Checkboxes” and left-click; a checkboxes properties box will open.Assign checkboxes properties. There are three tabs in the checkboxes properties box. “General” will allow you to name the checkbox and set whether it appears already checked or unchecked. “Form Settings” will allow you to specify the delivery email address, the confirmation page after form submission and the error page. The “Coordinates” box will allow you implement precise coordinates for display of the checkbox on the webpage. Choose the desired attributes and click “Okay” to insert the checkbox.
