There are several different ways to improve your vision without using laser eye surgery. There are products available that can achieve the same results, as well as some basic health habits that are helpful. Follow the instructions given to you with the lenses. Orthokeratology products have been known to produce minor side effects that usually resolve themselves within a month of use.

Determine after following the program of your product whether it helped enough for you to stop wearing contact lenses or glasses. If it didn't work as well as you'd planned, refer to your doctor to find out why and decide on a new course of action.
