Overview
Many file-conversion software applications are Windows-based, leaving Mac users to search for alternate ways to convert files. One solution is to use a web-based application. Some of the files that websites can convert are Real Media, which is a proprietary file type produced for the Real Player, and WAV, which is a Windows Audio file.
-
-
Step 1
Open your web browser and navigate to the Media Convert website.
-

Import the Real Media file you want to convert. These files can include Real Audio (.ra, .ram) and Real Video (.rm). Click the "Browse" button to import the file.

-
Step 4
Click "OK" directly to the right of the output drop-down menu. This will start the conversion process.
